SHIELD (AKA GE38) safeguards endogenous fluorescence, protein antigenicity, nucleic acids, and overall tissue architecture against physical and chemical stressors. The 250mL kit preserves 25 mouse brains or comparably sized samples and the 500mL kit preserves 50 mouse brains or comparably sized samples with all non-toxic reagents: SHIELD Epoxy (SH-Ex), SHIELD Buffer (SH-BS), and SHIELD ON (SH-ON).
