Protocol
1. Standard SHIELD protocol for rat brain (6 days SHIELD OFF, 1 day SHIELD ON).
2. Active delipidation in SmartBatch+ for 6 days.
3. 4 days blocking with Blocking Buffer at 37°C.
4. Radiant Labeling in SmartBatch+ using 17.5 µg Rabbit Anti-cFos antibody in the Medium Staining Cup.
5. Secondary Labeling with 26.25 µg Donkey anti-Rabbit SeTau-647 in SmartBatch+.
6. EasyIndex index matching and mounting.
7. Imaged on SmartSPIM with 3.6X objective.
