Use Case: Combine light sheet imaging with other modalities
Combine LSFM with Gene Transcripts: Combine cFos maps with in situ gene expression maps to uncover potential receptors, cell types, and signaling pathways contributing to stimulus-evoked cFos expression.
Combine LSFM with MRH: Acquire magnetic resonance histology images in the skull to get accurate measures of regional volumes and register the light sheet images to the skull geometry to make the cell density measurements much more accurate.
Combine LSFM with TDI:Acquire super-resolution track density images to generate accurate reconstruction of whole brain connectomes which can be registered to cellular maps generated from fluorescence light sheet images.
