Pinpoint the spatial location of specific cell types within tissues and organoids

Use Case: Pinpoint the spatial location of specific cell types within tissues and organoids

  • Map cells precisely in 3D: Use viral, transgenic or immunolabeling of cell-specific markers to readily identify distinct cell-types within organ and organ-like tissue environments.
  • Uncover anatomical insights: Use quantitative analysis on spatial positions of single cells, vessels, and tissue borders to measure multi-scale features that characterize the microenvironment, cytoarchitecture, and whole tissue.
  • Monitor pathophysiological progression: Capture the cellular response to diseased, damaged, and inflamed tissues using immune cell-specific markers.

Video S1 (Ref 10) : A 3D rendering of a D59 (FWK8) human fetal eye after whole mount immunostaining and clearing. Recoverin (RCVRN, magenta) labeling is only restricted to one specific region of the retina, temporal to the optic nerve. IBA1 (green) was used to visualize the structure of the retina.
